Metaboliq — Gizlilik Politikası

Metaboliq, GLP-1 ilacı kullanan kişiler için kişisel bir takip uygulamasıdır. Tıbbi teşhis koymaz, tedavi veya doz önermez. Sağlık kararlarınız için hekiminize danışın.

1. Veri sorumlusu

2. Hesap yok, veriler cihazınızda

Metaboliq hesap açmanızı istemez. Girdiğiniz bilgiler (profil, kilo ve hedefler, ilaç ve doz, enjeksiyon kayıtları, beslenme ve su kayıtları, semptom günlüğü, isteğe bağlı adet döngüsü) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu bilgileri sunucularımızda tutmayız, satmayız ve reklam için kullanmayız.

3. Cihazınızdan çıkan veriler (yalnızca siz başlattığınızda)

Yapay zekâ öğün analizi: Analiz başlattığınızda seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, kalori/protein/lif tahmini için sunucumuz (Cloudflare) üzerinden Google Gemini API'ye gönderilir. Fotoğrafı saklamayız; Google tarafından Gemini API koşullarına göre işlenir. Fotoğrafa kimliğinizi bağlayan bir bilgi eklenmez.
Hekim paylaşımı: "Hekim bağlantısı" oluşturduğunuzda yalnızca seçtiğiniz bölümleri içeren takip özetiniz Cloudflare altyapısında 7 gün saklanır ve bu süre sonunda otomatik silinir. Özet yalnızca bağlantıya ve 6 haneli PIN'e sahip kişi tarafından açılabilir; 5 hatalı PIN denemesinde silinir.
PDF paylaşımı: PDF raporu cihazınızda oluşturulur; kiminle paylaşacağınızı telefonunuzun paylaşım menüsünden siz seçersiniz.

4. Apple Sağlık (HealthKit)

İzin verirseniz adım, nabız, aktif enerji ve kilo verileri Apple Sağlık'tan okunur ve yalnızca uygulama içinde gösterilir. HealthKit verileri sunucularımıza gönderilmez; Apple Sağlık kaynaklı hiçbir değer hekim bağlantısına veya PDF rapora dahil edilmez (rapora yalnızca sizin kendiniz girdiğiniz bilgiler girer), reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. İzni istediğiniz zaman iPhone Ayarlar > Sağlık bölümünden kapatabilirsiniz.

Android — Health Connect: İzninizle adım, nabız, aktif enerji ve kilo verileri yalnızca okunur; sağlık verisi yazılmaz. Bu veriler cihazda kalır; AI analizine, hekim bağlantısına veya PDF rapora eklenmez. Erişimi Android Ayarlar > Health Connect > Uygulama izinleri bölümünden kaldırabilirsiniz.

5. Abonelikler

VIP abonelik ödemeleri uygulamayı kullandığınız platforma göre Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Abonelik durumunuz, uygulamanın rastgele oluşturduğu anonim bir kimlikle RevenueCat üzerinden doğrulanır. Aboneliğinizi iOS'ta App Store hesap ayarlarından, Android'de Google Play > Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

6. İzinler

Kamera / Fotoğraflar: Yalnızca öğün fotoğrafı çektiğinizde veya seçtiğinizde.
Bildirimler: Doz ve günlük hatırlatmalar için; cihazınızda planlanır.

7. Takip ve reklam

Uygulamada reklam, reklam kimliği (IDFA) kullanımı veya uygulamalar arası takip yoktur.

8. Verilerinizi silme

Uygulamada Gizlilik & KVKK > Tüm verilerimi sil seçeneği cihazdaki tüm kayıtları kalıcı olarak siler. Uygulamayı silmek de aynı sonucu verir. Paylaştığınız hekim bağlantıları en geç 7 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir; daha önce silinmesini isterseniz bize yazın.

9. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)

Verilerinize ilişkin bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarınızı kullanmak için support@nuovera.tech adresine yazabilirsiniz.

10. Yaş sınırı

Metaboliq 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz.

Metaboliq — Privacy Policy

Metaboliq is a personal tracking app for people taking GLP-1 medication. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend doses. Always consult your physician about health decisions.

1. Controller

2. No account, data stays on your device

Metaboliq does not require an account. What you enter (profile, weight and goals, medication and dose, injection log, nutrition and water log, symptom journal, optional menstrual cycle) is stored only on your device. We do not keep it on our servers, sell it or use it for advertising.

3. Data that leaves your device (only when you start it)

AI meal analysis: When you start an analysis, the photo you choose is sent through our server (Cloudflare) to the Google Gemini API to estimate calories, protein and fiber. We do not store the photo; Google processes it under the Gemini API terms. Nothing identifying you is attached.
Doctor sharing: When you create a doctor link, a tracking summary containing only the sections you select is stored on Cloudflare for 7 days and then deleted automatically. It can be opened only with the link and its 6-digit PIN, and is deleted after 5 wrong PIN attempts.
PDF sharing: The PDF report is created on your device; you choose who receives it through the device share sheet.

4. Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you allow it, steps, heart rate, active energy and weight are read from Apple Health and shown only inside the app. HealthKit data is never sent to our servers; Apple Health values are not included in a doctor link or PDF report (only information you enter yourself is included), used for advertising or marketing, or shared with third parties. You can turn access off at any time in iPhone Settings > Health.

Android — Health Connect: With your permission, steps, heart rate, active energy and weight are read only; the app does not write health data. These values stay on the device and are not included in AI analysis, doctor links or PDF reports. Revoke access in Android Settings > Health Connect > App permissions.

5. Subscriptions

VIP subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform; we never see your card details. Your subscription status is verified through RevenueCat using a random anonymous ID created by the app. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings on iOS, or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions on Android.

6. Permissions

Camera / Photos: only when you take or pick a meal photo.
Notifications: dose and daily reminders, scheduled on your device.

7. Tracking and ads

The app has no ads, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across apps.

8. Deleting your data

Privacy & Data Rights > Delete all my data in the app permanently erases everything on the device; deleting the app has the same effect. Doctor links expire within 7 days; write to us if you want one removed sooner.

9. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

To access, correct or delete your data, or to object to processing, write to support@nuovera.tech.

10. Age

Metaboliq is intended for users aged 18 and over.

11. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
